When we learn to activate the wisdom of our heart, we can give it a voice in all that we do. 

To do this, it's about degrees of awareness that other perspectives are available, your level of interest to explore them, and knowing we have the freedom to choose which perspectives we want to use. 

Our process beings with three steps:

Your podcast host is the founder and CEO of Indigo Skylab, Chris Ian Garlington. He uses the name Sky for the podcast, which is a nickname for his pen name, Indigo Sky. 

A Life of Exploration

Chris' intuition has guided him through much of life (along with a great deal of luck). Chris began having confusing premonitions as a teenager, he later immersed himself in personal achievement programs, discovered Reiki in 2009 and became certified soon after (Level I & II), and studied metaphysical perspectives including A Course in Miracles, Oracle Cards, and Tarot Cards. All of this set up a path for him to deepen into the wisdom of his heart and trust what he found within. 

Learning and Practice

After a life-long journey, Chris' discovered a school that he described as "this school was for me like Hogwarts was for Harry Potter." During his three-years as a student, he enjoyed space to fully explore and express the depths of his heart. Through his heightened sensitivity, his confusion transformed into clarity. 

Relevant Qualifications

Through the school programs, he completed more than 800 hours of study and practice, earning three certificates in Spiritual Psychology with University of Santa Monica. He uses these certifications and experiences along with his intuition as wisdom in all that he creates and offers for others. 

It was through this mystical educational process that he was able to supercharge and complete his company's core product, Zenpal Cards, along with creating the framework for this podcast series, and many other programs, tools, resources and events in the works.

No. Guests are selected from our application intake system and agree to participate with no compensation being transferred to/from either party. 

Sessions are recorded in person in our recording studios in Los Angeles, California. 

Selected guests will be notified via email that they are being considered for an appearance. The email will include instructions for the next steps.
